Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship and dental restorations for 1 year after completion. If a case fails for any reason, we will remake it to your original prescription free of charge, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We do ask you to return the defective item to us so we may credit you the gold cost and to review the defect first-hand.

Fees
All fees reflect every component of our dental restorations with the exception of our gold crowns & metal frameworks. We do charge separately for high noble alloys. We believe rather than include a standard amount of gold in our prices; our dentist-clients should only pay for the amount of precious alloy we consume on each case. Gold prices are adjusted monthly based upon our purchase acquisition costs. Depending upon the market value and the quantity of alloy we purchase our monthly gold prices vary.

Payment Terms
All invoices are summarized on a monthly statement. Our terms are Net 30 from our statement date. If you are interested in paying your lab statement within 7 days of statement date, you may deduct 2% from your outstanding balance. We currently accept cashier or business checks. We do not offer credit card payments at this time, though we may elect to do so this year. Should we elect to receive credit cards as a form of payment, we will provide ample notice to our clients.

Shipping & Rush Cases
We pay shipping costs to send your case via UPS Ground. Rush or extraordinary cases can be shipped faster with a nominal fee.

Your rush cases can be accommodated with advanced arrangement. There may be a fee for a Rush Case so it is best to pre-arrange these instances in advance.


Turnaround Times
Generally, we can turnaround most of our products in 7 working days, 10 working days for cosmetic veneers & cases. However, we have a difficult time rushing our quality. If you are submitting more than three units at one time, you should allow an extra working day.

Most of our dentist-clients request a ten day turnaround time for the majority of the cases they send us. If we are able to turn your case around faster due to capacity issues, we will send you your cases early. It is also important to consider your shipping method when allowing for sufficient turnaround times.

We are the EXPERT in Cerec inLab CAD/CAM in all of New Mexico.

We can fabricate single full contour crowns to custom all-ceramic frameworks including zirconium bridges with spans up to 40mm.
