WHAT ARE YOUR LABORATORY HOURS?
We are open Mondays through Thursdays from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm.  We occasionally will work on Fridays;  when we do, our hours are 7:00 am until 11:30 am.  We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

DO YOU OFFER PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE?
We  perform local pick-ups & deliveries Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 3:00 pm & 4:00 pm. PLEASE NOTE: We will not stop by your office unless we have a delivery for you or if you have asked us to pick up a case.

DO YOU PERFORM CUSTOM SHADES?
As a courtesy, we do perform custom shade taking for your cases Mondays through Thursdays.  Custom shades are taken by the ceramist assigned to your practice between the hours of 7:30 am & 2:00 pm.

All of our products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year, commencing from the date the completed case is delivered to your practice.
