WHAT ARE YOUR LABORATORY HOURS?
We are open Mondays through Thursdays from 7:00 am until 3:00 PM. We occasionally will work on Fridays; when we do, our hours are 7:00 am until 11:30 am. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.
DO YOU OFFER PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE?
We perform free local pick-ups & deliveries Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 3:00 pm & 4:00 pm. PLEASE NOTE: We will not stop by your office unless we have a delivery for you or if you have asked us to pick up a case.
DO YOU PERFORM CUSTOM SHADES?
As a courtesy, we do perform custom shade taking for your cases Mondays through Thursdays. Custom shades are taken by the ceramist assigned to your practice between the hours of 7:30 am & 2:00 pm.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year, commencing from the date the completed case is delivered to your practice.
Most laboratory's are now utilizing a pressing and/or milling process for most bridges and crowns. While this can save money (And we offer milled units as well) it does not offer the appearance that a professionally layered crown can achieve.
All our veneer's at Rocky Mountain are fieldspathic veneer's with a 7-9 powder build up at no extra cost. Other labs, on average use only 2-3.
Infinite control and customization are available with the veneer's at Rocky Mountain.
All our hand layering is created on site at our Albuquerque location.
